Edinburgh, 1988
This is where is all begins. Everything starts here, today.
And then it was over.

I just found this…if you’re interested.
A helicopter being used to lift filming gear on and off Salisbury Crags (next to Arthurs Seat) Edinburgh for the film ‘One Day’.
August 2010.
In Edinburgh, the production managed the feat of getting an entire shooting crew to the top of Arthur’s Seat – 823 feet above the city – for a couple of days of filming. Some of the heavier equipment had to be transported up by helicopter, but the majority was carried up, Sherpa-style, by all hands on deck.
“Whatever happens tomorrow, we have today. I’ll always remember it.”

Tom Mison (Callum) could possibly be in an Edinburgh scene.
A moving welcome to Edinburgh. Thanks, guys.1 Aug

Was going through Tom Mison twitter and he is really funny. Anyway, in regards to this particular tweet from Tom and this related picture, it seems to me that Tom will be in an Edinburgh scene for One Day unless it’s some kind of coincidence. And I say this because this tweet was updated on August 1st 2010 which is around the exact same time One Day was being filmed in Edinburgh. I didn’t expect Callum to be in any of the Edinburgh scenes. He was mentioned in them but wasn’t present. But if so that would be totally awesome. Maybe they’ll use a flash back scene of the graduation night. We’ll see : ).
